We offer all levels of UPS and FedEx shipping. All orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground Service unless otherwise specified at time of order. Consult the map below to determine approximate shipping transit times (exclude weekends and holidays). Same Day, Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day and Saturday delivery services are also available. All C.O.D. orders will have associated C.O.D collection fees added to the shipping charges. We recommend payment by credit card to avoid C.O.D. charges and simplify delivery. Overseas, APO and FPO orders must be paid in advance (including shipping charges), and will be shipped via the most economical method unless otherwise requested.
All shipments are fully insured. Any claim for damage must be made to the freight carriers. Do not return damaged merchandise to Powerhouse® Products unless requested to do so. Please contact us if you need assistance.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any purchase you have made from us, you have 90 days from shipment date to return the item for a full refund. You must call our office for prior approval and receive an Authorization Number before returning any merchandise. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. Refunds will be made only if product is new and in saleable condition (open or missing packaging is acceptable). See our product warranty section regarding returns of defective merchandise
