Limited Warranty
Powerhouse® Products warrants that all of its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. This limited warranty shall apply for a period of one year from date of purchase and shall cover only the original purchaser.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. To make a warranty claim, call 901-795-7600 for a Return Authorization Number, and return the part within the one year period to Powerhouse® Products, 3402 Democrat Road, Memphis, TN 38118, freight prepaid and insured.There is absolutely no warranty on the following:

Powerhouse® Products will not be responsible for incidental and consequential damages, property damage or personal injury damages to the extent permitted by law. There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face here of.

Some states do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so those limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.

Warranty Returns

All merchandise returned for warranty consideration, inspection, repair, recalibration, etc., must be sent prepaid and insured. Included must be the sender's name, address, daytime phone number and a note explaining the nature of the problem or the work to be done. All merchandise returned for warranty must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.

Damaged Merchandise
All shipments are fully insured. Any claim for damage must be made to the freight carriers. Do not return damaged merchandise to Powerhouse® Products unless requested to do so. Please contact us if you need assistance.

Merchandise Returns
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any purchase you have made from us, you have 90 days from shipment date to return the item for a full refund. You must call our office for prior approval and receive an Authorization Number before returning any merchandise. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. Refunds will be made only if product is new and in saleable condition (open or missing packaging is acceptable). See our product warranty section regarding returns of defective merchandise

When To Contact Us
Our hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST Monday through Friday. Powerhouse® Products is closed Saturday, Sunday and all legal holidays. All orders for in stock merchandise will be shipped the same day they are received.
